Description

Villa Allamanda, named after a brilliantly colored flower found in these parts, is located in the Guanacaste Province, where Costa Rica’s tourist boom is expected to be focused in the coming years.  Positioned on Playa Ocotal, atop, a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Bay of Papagayo, the view from the home is simply breathtaking and one of the most beautiful in the World.

Villa Allamanda is a private luxury five-bedroom, five-bath villa with a full staff (cook, maid, and houseboy).  The villa has an Infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the Pacific.  All bedrooms are air conditioned and spacious. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king beds while the other three bedrooms have two full sized beds per room. A private bathroom accompanies all bedrooms.  The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and a large 27” color TV, VCR, CD and cassette player with outside speakers
